No Success with Weight Loss?

Well, I have just spent 5 days eating only Green Juice & Soup and I weighed in 3 pounds lighter.

Not a spectaclar weight loss, I agree but then that is the right way to lose weight in a happy healthy way. It can do you more harm than good to lose weight rapidly so don't expect to lose weight fast better 2-3 pounds each week eating healthy foods. That's 8-10 pounds a month so by summer that could be 60-70 pounds, WOW!
Just think where you'll be by the end of the year with a sensible change in your eating habits.
